Friday, July 12 Race Day One

0800 - 0900 Late on-site Registration, Waiver drop off, Weigh-in, and Check-in for classes sailing Friday

1100 Initial Warning Signal for Friday classes

1600 - 1900 Late on-site Registration, Waiver drop off, and Check-in for all Saturday and Sunday classes

1700 - 1900 BACARDI Welcome Party

Saturday, July 13 Race Day Two

0800 - 0900 Late on-site dinghy Registration, Waiver drop off, and Check-in for all Saturday and Sunday classes

1100 Initial Warning Signal for all classes

1630 - 2030 Regatta Party presented by BACARDI

Sunday, July 14 Race Day Three

1100 Initial Warning Signal for all classes

1430 No initial Warning Signal shall be made after this time for any Division except Division 3

1500 No initial Warning Signal shall be made after this time for Division 3

After racing Awards ceremony and competitor reception presented by BACARDI

BOATS MAY ARRIVE:

Classes racing Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may register on-site at Sail Newport on Friday, July 12 from 0800 until 0900 but will be subject to a $10 late entry fee.  These classes include: Star, Viper 640, and 505.

Dinghy classes racing Saturday and Sunday only may register on-site at Sail Newport on Saturday, July 13 from 0800 until 0900 but will be subject to a $10 late entry fee.  These classes include: F-18, 49er, 49erFX, A Class Cats, VX One, Vanguard 15, Sunfish, Laser, and Laser Radial.

The early entry deadline for classes not listed here is July 5.  Any registrants in these classes after July 5 will be subject to a $50 late entry fee.  No entrants in these classes will be accepted after 1900 on July 12.

ALL BOATS MUST DEPART:
No later than 1700 on Monday, July 15.
